        This business have been chaising me for a 'debt' they claim has been owed for over two years, although a payment was agreed and made 18 months ago. My advice is not to be bullied by them, they keep writing hoping that you will pay them money but know they have no case against you so stand strong. Awful tactics and they should be ashamed

        Sarah was great to deal with. I had an awkward customer who had held back money for months without giving me any reason. I had almost given up hope but after a bit of back and forth she managed to get all the money which was owed to me, all with a very professional yet firm manner. I would recommend CPA for any debt recovery. Thank you, James

        We approached a local debt collection company, Cash Protection Agency, as they had been recommended to us for debt recovery, to see if they could recoup some business related unpaid invoices. They acted in a professional and courteous manner with the debtor and managed to get payment in full, where we had failed over many months. Our only regret was that we should have gone to CPA sooner
