        Disappointed that this shop was closed, we had made a reservation coming from Manchester, London, Norwich and Stratford upon Avon. We were looking forward to an afternoon tea. I had booked and confirmed with the shop team. When we arrived after long journey, the shop was shut and we hadnt been contacted to be told of this. Poor communication in a time where communication couldnt be be easier.
