        Bought a car with faulty brake callipers. They replaced the calliper but had to pay for brake pads and discs which was consequential damage.

        i have been waiting since july for them to call me back and sort my knox monitor and for a quote to mend my boot. I have had to call over and over as nno one calls me back. I have never had such poor service but came to Loughborough rather than Derby because thy had poor service and awful attitude at least Loughborough have 2 lovely receptionists Its may still waiting !!!!
