        We had a cake made for a family members birthday. The cake was amazing and not much more expensive than an occasion cake from a supermarket - yet much better quality! They personalised the cake for us too at no additional cost. Lady who served us was friendly and polite.

        The cake is ok, not always fresh but its very difficult to communicate with staff who are unable to speak basic English. They also dont accept their own offers from the loyal free app. When challenged, lady serving barley understood so had to ask for help for another lady who offered no solution. More like no cake solution- consider a name change. Unlikely to return due to the poor service received.
