Absolute top drawer service! After 4 days of online hell dealing with their website for account set up and clunky unuseable pages that didnt work, emails back and forth, I called up the branch. Like you did in the olden days. Speaking with your voice and with another human. Totally refreshing. Not only did the rep sort my order, price match, give me the online new account 1st order discount he pulled a further miracle getting it delivered a day earlier than expected. First class service. A massive thanks and truly appreciated. When things like this happen it just makes me wish we were back in the 80s. Straight talking, no tinterweb lousing things up and good old fashioned customer service. A final thanks to the delivery chaps who delivered/dropped as per the instructions. Thanks again Jewsons Loughborough. Brilliant service and recommended.

Drove an hour there and back to this Timber Specialist Branch just to be told their cutting service is unavailable for the foreseeable future due to lack of staff. This could have easily been added to the website which would have saved me a lot of time and money on petrol.
