        Having spoke to Mr Steve Hicks I had made arrangements for them to visit my property with regards a serious issue with slipping brick work. After contacting to say they could not make the appointment they then proceeded to rearrange for a second time. At this point they failed to attended again with no explanation what so ever even though I had taken time off work to be at home. Even though they had mobile contact details they could even have the professionalism to at least text. If they are this unprofessional at the basics I certainly am glad they did not undertake the work. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
