Great bike shop couldnt recommend enough have been using. This shop for a while now allways been able to help me from a new inner tube all the way up to a new bike the staff have allways been happy to help even if you just need advice on wich way to go in the bike world this is the place to be go and see for yourself you get treated like family Thankyou

The worst customer service I have ever received. The staff were very passive aggressive and rude.

asked if I can use my blue light card and the lady there told me that would be discriminating towards all customers, could have just said no we don't accept the card and I told her it was rude as well as the guy who called me and said if I don't pick my bike up before the weekend it will be left outside without protection. She called me pathetic for taking what she said the wrong way and shook her head. I told her don't shake her head at me lets just drop the conversation and move on, to which she she said to the guy to come here as I called him rude you can come here and defend yourself, so 2 people against 1 customer. He told me I'm horrible and to never come back, I said don't wory I won't be. Never ever go here, customer service is in the crapper here, I was called pathetic, horrible, given attitude and cornered on my own for calling them out on their behaviour. Unprofessional is an understatement, I the customer paying for a service not attitude chose to apologise to be the bigger person, no apology from them just more insults.
