        Great place, very well taken care of and the first place to look at if you are staying in Loughborough Walkability: Less than 5 minutes into the city and 5 minutes to the canal walk.

        Lovely interesting guest house in very convenient location to Loughborough centre. We brought our small dog for a small additional fee. The full English breakfast used good quality ingredients and well cooked although I only chose the kipper and porridge. They have a good selection of gluten free cereals which we liked. Clean, tidy and quirky with plenty of tea, coffee and toiletries provided. Even the toilet paper was luxury, you can tell why they won Four in a Bed. The road noise was a bit much for us but 99p ear plugs did the trick the next night. Excellent bed, bedding and very comfortable in our superior room. Best to book direct rather through agencies to get the best rate. Loved looking at the wonderful antiques and effects. Highly recommended. Walkability: 5 minutes to town centre. Opposite a small park.
