        It is very difficult to get in touch with the pharmacy. They are very slow preparing the medication and they never text me whether the medication is ready.

        This chemist used to be very good and has gone down hill have been trying to ring for about 3days and no one answers dont recive texts to say my meds are ready they never seem to have enough staff the time to you have to wait is so long had to to in to the chemist to see if my meds are ready and the phone rings alot but no one answers it something needs to be done will be changing chemist

        Never answer the phone. Often condescending to customers, not me personally but I witness it most of the time when I collect my medication. The only reason i use this pharmacy is it's handy.
