Stood waiting prescriptions not even done and checked ready 1 person standing around chatting another has no clue at all another doesn't even know the phone number to the place

I had to ask my mother to collect my tablets for me whilst Im working and when my mother arrived at pharmacy she called me because she was told that I was not on the system so I called to find out whats happened and I am disgusted at the behaviour from the lady who answered the phone after I had been trying to call for over 20 minutes. She finally answered, did not let me speak and screamed down the phone at me stating your mum is in the queue and i will see her when I decide to and hung up the phone in my face not allowing me to ask her what I initially called about which was to find out why did they tell my mother I was not on the system when I clearly was. Will not be using pharmacy again, rude lazy staff

Absolutely useless Absolutely useless. My prescription was sent in the post two weeks ago. Some very important medication. Thought it would arrive on the Tuesday. Called through the week and they only answered the phone Thursday to say it would be ready the next day. Went to collect it and they said they had only received it that day!! Ok. Im being fobbed off, but receiving my medication is important. They said it would be ready on Monday. Monday no answer, no medication. Finally got though in the phone. Said medication would be ready Thursday afternoon.. its Friday again. No one is answering their phone and I still have no medication which I need. I left my previous pharmacy as Well is closer to my house. But the lead time at my previous pharmacy was two days not nearly two weeks! Appalling service from Loughborough Well+

Saw a pharmacist here today for my son and he was very kind and considerate. Many thanks to him for advice as I was able to get my son the help he needed
