I had an appointment for a massage mid December booked way in advance. I received a reminder text the day before and arrived to find the salon closed and shuttered up. I left two messages on the mobile number displayed outside the store and no one responded. It is the worst and rudest thing thats ever happened to me when booking a massage! If they had a problem why could they not have called me and cancelled? Do not use this place!!!!

Had my hair done here for the first time. It was really good. Tom coloured my roots, washed, dryed and styled my hair. Im so pleased with the finished colour and how well it matches my hair. He was absolutely brilliant and gives a good head massage too. So relaxing. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for making me feel pampered. Service: Hair coloring

I was bought a buyagift voucher for my 30th birthday. I drove 45 minutes for my massage. When I got there, the shutters were down. The shops next door informed me that a pipe had burst a couple of days ago so the shop was closed. I received no phone call to cancel or rearrange the appointment. I was also sent a reminder text the day before. I und stand why the shop was shut due to the pipe, but I do not understand why a business would not ring the customers in the diary who had appointments. I was informed that this happened to a girl yesterday who had travelled far to make her appointment. Not very professional and a waste of my time. I drove 1.5 hours today for nothing. Very disappointing communication.
