        Decided to send an email confirmation to my partner that the appointment time was changed to a later time, an hour before the original appointment time. Then not long after a second email was sent to say it was cancelled due to illness seems like a last minute decision to not bother opening if you ask me, otherwise emails wouldve been sent before the hours of opening.

        After years of getting my hair butchered because of my thick hair by local barbers - not knowing how to deal with my asian hair, it's a nice change to have barbers who understand what I want from my hair. I'll definitely be coming back

        Booked an appointment in with them through booksy. On the day, got a message from Martin Ellis asking if I could push it back half an hour, which I agreed to. Thought I'd ask for what reason it was being pushed back - to which the fella didn't answer, then said I wanted to cancel my appointment and got a mouthful from him, seems like a top bloke. Probably explains why 75% of the time I drive past its empty too.
