Rude and unhelpful. Staff stood around chatting. And the bank does not even offer banking services on a Saturday, instead advise you to use alternative banks, really helpful.

To The NatWest Bank Because of Yesterdays incident in at the Bank on behalf of my mother Dolly John I am here by saying that we wont be paying anymore money for the loan unless if the bank is able to provide the existing amount to close the account and to talk to me . You are not able to take any action further for this unless until their is a talking terms and condition by the Bank to me about the loan which is owned by my Mother Dolly John. Thank You

I used the branch in Loughborough city centre. I frustrated to see 5 employees doing nothing and the only person that could deal with my request (moving money to another bank account) was stuck with a customer, nobody was proactive and just stood around. I had to wait 45 minutes after being told someone will be with you in 5 minutes. The quality of banking staff is as low as working at the tip yard!
