I ordered a rear spoiler for my S15, which was delivered on time, but was packed in a box that was too big, which gave the spoiler a lot of 'free space' in the box, which caused transportation damage. I called, the nice lady said I should send photos to them via email or facebook which I did straight away. I got an answer relatively quickly that they would contact FedEx. Now the company EP Racing blames FedEx for the damage, but FedEx blames EP Racing. In the begining the customer service was good but now I'm being ignored by both companies. Could you at least let me know what the solution is? I paid 423.03 and have been waiting for a solution since February 22nd. In the meantime I have tried to repair the spoiler myself (without experience) because my car has an appointment to be painted. I'm not angry but i am dissapointed because you could at least let me know whats happening. I'm still waiting for a response, please get in touch. Best regards
