        I have ordered a few items for my Glanza V over the last 10 years and I recently had to get in touch with them about a wrong item which I purchased back in 2020. I only just realised when I went to fit that the part wasn't correct, as it had been so long they didn't have to help me out at all but they happily assisted me in swapping the item over as long as I paid the postage fees. A couple more issues came up and they sorted them too so really happy!
