Been with these guys a few years and generally ok but have to constantly give them a nudge to get returns finished as its always seems things are rushed and left to the last minute, on one occasion it was literally 5 hours to the cut off time before they submitted our tax returns End of year returns have been taking them Up to 7 months to be completed without any reasonable explanation Come on guys get your acts together please i would rather not have to switch to another company but you are making hard for me to want to stay

A simply excellent service from my initial chat with Managing Director Carl, through to the filing of my 21-22 Tax Return. What was particularly useful was my being able to view and to approve the finished return whilst I was abroad [with my laptop], simply by logging in to the personalised, encrypted vault created for me, and to approve and sign electronically. It was especially satisfying that they noted an overpayment of a quite considerable sum last year - now reimbursed by HMRC and earning some interest for ME rather than for THEM! An excellent, professional and friendly team here in Loughborough - I'm extremely grateful to them for their services.
