Terrible, change delivery date, which was fine, waiting around all day for delivery, rang them a few times and kepted on changing the times, early morning, 10.30am, noon, 2pm, 3pm then 4.30pm. Cancelled the delivery as it was too late and arrived on site at 8am next morning. Slabs weren't great at all. Calibration was all over the place, underneath the slabs was terrible. Must of lost half a pallet worth of slabs due to being poor condition. Picking the slabs out of the pallet and they brake in your hands. Also there was broken slabs in the pallet. Not happy at all!

Very helpful, great service and wonderful flooring. The ravello beige porcelain tiles work wonderfully both inside and out, and look great against our Devol Bakehouse Green kitchen

i bought the travertine tiles and they were lovely - great quality, lovely colour and the tiler found them easy to fit.

We'd had under-floor heating retro fitted in the ground floor of our cottage and we purchased Floors of Stone's Light Travatine for our hall, kitchen and utility room. We are really very pleased with the results. The tilers who laid it commented on the fact that there were zero cracked or unusable tiles, the colour variation was good (the photo makes it look a little pinker than it is in reality) and, compared with other Travatine they had laid, it needed relatively little grouting to fill surface pits. Very good quality and the price was very reasonable. FoS we're also very helpful. A year on from the original purchase, I am constructing a hearth with the Travatine off-cuts but was short a couple tiles. Suitable tiles were located and I received them (gratis) the next day - Many thanks. This company is thoroughly recommended.
