Jonathon certainly knows his stuff and its refreshing to find someone that puts his customers first. I work away and my mothers boiler broke down. A company that she has a service plan with let her down when she needed them. With the cold weather weve experienced recently I decided to source a local heating engineer to get the job done. At first I wasnt sure if Id done the right thing as my mother lives on her own and worries about having people in the house. Jonathon kept me informed every step of the way and put any concerns I may have had at ease. My mother said he was a pleasure to have in the house and looked after her home by wearing shoe covers. My mother has since cancelled her service plan with the company that let her down and will continue to use J&C home services A massive thank you to Jonathon, I couldnt be happier with the level of service we received!! J and C attended my malfunction boiler. I had been told it needed replacing at 4k cost by another firm. He checked it's operating values...all well within tolerances. He then ordered a spare part ( electrical start up system) retuned couple of days later and fitted. Cost me 150 quid. Perfect operation since. Highly recommended. Excellent service. We need someone to disconnect our gas cooker and cut off the unused pipes. J&C replied us promptly and gave us quotations immediately. Johnathan is a polite and professional guy. Were very satisfied with the service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend J&C Home Services! The heating failed and we had no heating at all. Jonathan was so helpful and attended the following morning from calling in the late afternoon. The fault was quickly found and a temporary fix was put in place immediately to provide heating. Quote was created and provided the next morning and was extremely reasonably priced. Works were carried out quickly and to a very high standard. Clean and tidy, very considerate of our property - shoe covers worn at all times and cleaned up and left everything tidy. Service was so good I would recommend to anyone. Its good to know someone so good and will be inviting Jonathan back to complete our boiler service when its due. Thank you so much.

Amazing service, was having some concerns with my boiler and error code continually popping up. Contact J&C and it was quick response with all the details. Their engineer was communicative with a friendly and polite attitude, they explained all the work that had been done. J&C are the first thought in my head when it comes to my home.
