Whitton Hall was the perfect accommodation for my wedding party for the whole weekend. From when we arrived on Thursday through to Sunday Kate was nothing but the perfect host. The party included my sister and her family, my aunt and uncle, Mother and father along with a couple who were my close friends all of whom commented on how wonderful their stay was. Our arrivals were staggered over thurs - fri but each time Kate came and met guests personally and showed them to their rooms. The grounds - of which you have free range - are tranquil and stunningly beautiful, perfect for wedding morning photo's. Being summer, we drank wine from the honesty bar in the garden watching owls and bats flying at dusk. We occupied all the rooms from the guest room in the main house to the huge rooms in the annex. The photo's of these rooms do not do this place justice. There were fresh flowers in each room with original beams and huge comfy beds. Breakfast was served round a large dining table each morning with both hot and cold varieties available with Kate dishing up coffee and croissants along the way. On the Thurs/Fri evening we sat in the lounge, drinking whiskey and chatting to Kates father, a super character who told us stories of the house. The owners of Whitton Hall and Kate are fantastic hosts. Utterly accommodating they catered to our every need, ensuring my wedding party had the perfect stay. I cannot recommend this place enough if you have a wedding is Stanford farm. It's incredible and will make your day and photos magical.
