I manage a hotel in great yarmouth, now all though i can turn my hand to most things and when i can i do like to decorate, its very rare i have time with the other things i have to do. Very reasonably priced and have been more than happy with the work, have had a few maintenance teams in the hotel, all of which at some point or another, not provided us with the service and the work that we need. Kirk and his team do their work to whatever suits our requirements within the deadlines that we set them. very well mannered honest and hardworking people. I will continue to use them for as long as they provide me the service that i get from them currently. As well as they reasonable prices.

The biggest bodge job cowboy builder there is. Promised my mum a 10/10 professional job, what we got couldnt be further from what he promised. When it comes to bathrooms this man has no idea. Everything was wrong, flooring and tiles not cut to correct measurements, all errors attempted to be corrected by himself filling everything with filler. Silicone filler was placed in between flooring to try and hide his errors. He had changed certain elements to the bathroom as he was clearly incapable of doing what my mum had asked for. This lead to the bathroom having to be completely ripped out. My mum then had to buy everything again because it was put in so poorly it couldnt be saved when taken out. Not only did he ruin our bathroom, he caused a leak from the bathroom radiator which has now completely ruined the downstairs ceiling and walls. After a long fight and wait my mum finally got her money back as he had asked for 2,000 before he stared the work for materials. He then asked for a further 300 which my mum gave him. Thankfully she didnt give him anything else. He originally quoted my mum 4,400, having researched the prices of materials, this man was charging double for everything. The upset he put my mum through from the state he left our bathroom in was unforgivable. We was without a bath and toilet for over 4 weeks because of this. Absolute disgrace

Got 3 local tradesmen to quote for jobs & chose Kirk @ K&M. Made an excellent choice - good time-keeping, professionalism & 1st-class standard of work, plus reasonable costs. Doubled size of shower room & installed new fitments, plus new tiles. Also, upgraded kitchen, built & hung exterior security gate, plus wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Highly recommended anytime.

We had Kirk over to decorate our home from top to bottom done a cracking job will be getting back again if and when we paint again was prompted and reliable even went that extra mile top bloke and great price highly recommended
