        We had a lovely week in the Poundhouse in June 2022. Lostwithiel is conveniently located for travel to both the north and the south coast, or you can just stay around the estate and relax and enjoy the grounds. We have stayed multiple times over the years and there is always a warm welcome from Henry and Ruth. This year we did a day at Polzeath beach, at day at Fowey, a day in Truro and most of the rest of the time kicking around Lostwithiel and the estate. Also we can recommend the food and the beer in the Earl of Chatham which is just down the road from the estate.
