It looks lovely from the outside..... however the room my relative was allocated was small, dark and depressing. It had a window facing into a squalid inner courtyard , a hospital bed and a commode chair positioned in line with the door which was kept propped open. There was no en suite, no luxury, no privacy. It had all the charm of a hospital waiting room and cost 1000 per week

I wont go into too much detail but I feel my gran was not looked after very well and promises were made that didnt happen. Very rude to worried, concerned family members during covid

Very poor care. In my opinion it certainly is not a residential home. There should be qualified nurses in this home and there are presently NO trained/registered staff. The managers are making medical decisions without consulting medics/nurses or the next of kin regarding people that they hardly know. I fear, that sadly, nothing will get done.
