        Great service by each nurse and doctor who I have seen at the surgery (and due to my various health complications I'm in there quite a bit!) Personally, I'm used to blood tests but regardless each nurse is reassuring and informative so I feel assured and safe, making each procedure quick and relatively painless. I always feel I can ask any questions I may have and appointments are always booked in fairly good time.

        Worst experience at a gp, doctor didnt believe any of my complaints, ignored what I was there for and then made me talk about things with which I was clearly very uncomfortable and had tears in my eyes. Worst bedside manner, rude as hell and very patronising. Complained to the practice manager and she has no medical knowledge at all and doesnt know up from down. In the process of reporting this practice to the NHS
