Best pasty i've ever had. Pastry was delicious, flaky and crisp, filling generous and well seasoned.

Went into Nellys and bought a pasty.walked out and the pastry was so hard I couldn't eat it. Went back to the shop to ask for a plastic fork so I could at least eat the filling but they didn't have any so I asked them to throw The pasty away. There was no offer of an alternative or money back, the lady just took it to throw away. So frustrated that I paid 4.20 for something I didn't get to eat.
