Visited here by appointment with my daughter with the view to buying her a prom dress. I was asked when I made the appointment what dress size approx my daughter was and her colour preference. Upon arrival I understood why. Endless rails of dresses for every occasion filled both rooms; it was rammed. When trying the dresses on, the owner offered us her opinion on what she felt suited my daughter. It was received as refreshing honesty and clear she was not out to sell us any dress, but the right dress for my daughter. I would recommend this shop.

Extremely rude lady, dresses are ancient and definitely not in fashion. If you are anything over a size 6 dont bother - she will tell you youre too big!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. She was incredibly rude to my friend and I about out size and made comments on what dresses she thought would or wouldn't suit us. My friend wanted to try on a more fitted gown and the lady brought back more dresses that she had already said she didn't like and were not the style she wanted. Would not recommend

Honestly the worst experience of my life. The lady was extremely rude. She informed that I needed to lose a stone before the wedding when I am a size 6 and recently had a baby. She made me and my brides and mother feel very uncomfortable. She forced me to try on dresses I expressed I really didn't like. And would not let me try on dresses I showed in an interest in as they were too big and she would not order them in for me because they were probably out of my price range, when I didn't even tell her my budget. The constant comments throughout the hour we were there made it unbearable and my bridesmaid was nearly in tears. Never met someone so rude and unhelpful and made me and my ladies feel so unwanted. Would not recommend to anyone bigger then a size 4 due to her constant weight comments. Will never ever return or recommend to anyone.
