Weaver's Whistle

Must say that I was surprised that there was only Gammon left on the carvery at 5.45 yesterday. I was also further not happy with the member of staff in the green top working behind the carvery counter. He came out to greet some friends with dogs. He stroked the dogs as they jumped up at him in this uniform before he wen to another table to grab some spare menus for his friends and then went back behind the carvery. Not a good health move, so I will not be visiting again.

Came in on Sunday, carvery was exceptional, loved how friendly the young man dressed in a green Chef's jacket was on the carvery, will definitely be coming back soon Thanks for the hospitality guys you're doing a wonderful job.

Ordered the lunchtime menu worst thing Ive ever done Starter of breaded mushrooms were water filled and disgusting Second coarse was smaller than a kiddie meal ie 11 chips and 6 scampi pieces with a desert spoon of peas very disappointing and not a great Taste either

I come with with my Family for meals reasonably regularly we particularly enjoy the carvery. The team are fantastic and always make us feel welcome
