Martial Arts Academy Gillingham

I have enrolled both my kids a few years back, the teens classes - Kaitlyn 14yrs & James 13yrs, and although they had access to fantastic online collateral to continue their training during lock-down, they cant wait to get back on the mat - Justin is their instructor and he creates a competitive environment with a perfect balance of fitness vs technique. Justin has a really good rapport with all the teens within his class & the students in the class get on really well with each other! I am also a member of the club & cannot recommend this enough to your entire family, the entire team @ Kravmaga academy is supportive & have bent over backwards to keep everyone engaged during lock-down! My granddaughter attends the Academy and learns respect and discipline. Despite being quite shy and nervous to start with, she absolutely loves going every week. Its not an intimidating environment at all and she gets on well with all of the students and loves her Instructor. I have seen a real difference in her since she started training, thank you!

The club has a great atmosphere and the teachers are very professional, focused but fun at the same time. It's a very well constructed training course and my son loves it and has grown in confidence through this.

Our 8 year old son has scoliosis, and has to wear a body brace for a good part of the day so we enrolled him here as a good way to improve his core strength and general fitness. He has loved every minute of it, even through lock down and having twice weekly classes via zoom meetings. The instructors and staff are brilliant, very friendly and helpful while still instilling a sense of respect and discipline in the students, to the degree that even his school work and concentration have been improved. He was a bit shy when he first started but that really didnt last long! Id recommend this for anyone who is looking for exercise, discipline and a lot of fun for their kids
