Steve from Britain's LTD are an independent family run business that helped us out big time when the boiler broke in the middle of winter. We had moved into an old house and knew the boiler would need replacing at some point. Luckily Steve and his team at Britain's LTD sorted us out with a new boiler and radiators promptly. The overall cost was fair. Not only were they efficient and tidy but all of the team were pleasant and very hardworking. None of this standing around chatting for hours doing no work like some other companies we have unfortunately had a minor parts issue with the boiler itself rather than the plumbing but Britain's LTD have been on hand to help organise the repair through the boiler company at no additional cost and even more importantly no added stress for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team or continue to use their services. Thank you very much!

I contacted Steve who works for Britain's Limited using the local checkatrade leaflet (bromley area). He listened patiently to my description of the problem which turned out to be caused by... (dangerous electrical wiring incorrectly installed, shorting fuse on main fuse box, which in turn was being caused by a water leaking from the condensing part of my combi boiler, where my kitchen fitters removed the pipe connecting the boiler to the waste).. In short a disaster. Steve (and colleague) arrived promptly identified the problem, fixed the problem, explaining what they were doing at each step. The good thing about Steve is he's a qualified electrician and plumber which was what I needed. Not only did they provide excellent service, they cleaned up all the mess and re-installed various built-in appliances and kitchen units that had to be removed to access/resolve the issue. I highly recommend this company, particularly Steve and will be keeping their number for future work.
