        Unwelcoming atmosphere, created by staff who may be short or even rude with you, for no particular reason. I feel the need to write this after several different instances of this. Existing customers who have bought something appear to be treated with more respect, which is odd. The technical aspects of their business and the quality of the instruments on offer are good, hence all the other positive reviews here, but treating all customers fairly and equally is also important.

        What a marvellous shop! I went there with my daughters violin, that had a loose peg. My local music shop had tried their best, but couldnt help. But two very knowledgeable and friendly people at Bridgewood & Neitzert fixed my string/peg problem in no time. Absolutely delighted. It was like stepping back in time, with so many beautiful instruments and lovely wooden shop fittings around. Highly recommend.
