Been with the practice for years and I have to say, upon seeing the struggle my partner goes through with his practice (no appointments/contact for nearly a week), I am so grateful for this practice. I have never had problems getting appointments when I have needed one. The fact you can prebook a telephone consultation, and even book one on the day depending on the urgency of your sitation just brilliant. The staff are generally lovely, just one rude female member of staff I have come across who works in the reception. And doctors and nurses are lovely as well and do a great job.

U can never get a appointment to see your main doctor, I came here as it was nearer to my home, due down to the serious accident I had, an still suffering with now, which needs medication every two weeks, the receptionist are rude an unhappy unhelpful , (ie they have still not sorted out my files from my old Doctors its now been 6, and no follow up notes from the hospital I was discharged from, 2 months on, ) God forbid if your late my 5mins, but when you get they for your appointment time you could be waiting up to an hour !!!!!, Please the doctors them self are nice, an caring its the frontline that lets this surgery Down, am updating this review 29/3/22 We have been through tough times with this covid, , but with deeper understanding, we all got through, the tollgate lodge surgery has had a name change to Spring Hill Practice 57 Stamford hill London N16 5SR Due to all the changes, I thought it would be better considering the amount of patients being taken on,! EVERYTHING HAS TO BE DONE ON LINE, phone appointments times are 8am -10am, worse times to book a appointments is Monday-Wednesday, you can be put on the hold for long periods of time, since covid rules have been so readily relaxed, I find that so strange! Considering how its was made to be so deadly diseases, well lest of my rant its about, if youre getting a better service, some of the receptionist are really nice when answering your call, thats if they had a good day themselves lol, seeing a doctor has not changed, and its change were now asked by the receptionist why your calling? I dont like have to tell the receptionist! Whats wrong with me, than you are told the doctor will ring you back at a time that suitable for them, normally between 12-3 or 3-6,, After many years of being in pain, I was finally diagnosed of my illness, am now under the Hospital seeing a Specialist in Rheumatoid Inflammation field. All the signs were they, but due to being admitted to Homerton Hospital in November 2021, with severe pain an inflammation in my joints, after a long time, difficulty, and being seen by physiotherapists, my GP finally gave the okay so I can be seen!!! I cried as I have been suffering for a long time, and its effectively my metal state, I now walk with aids, an have other health issues, that could have been Sorted! A long time ago! I was told by a team Specialist, that the System doesnt work the way it should!! Being misdiagnosed can be serious dangerous,!! So I would encourage that if your being seen, an you feel like you are being brushed under, have a second opinion, its your legal right to do that, and not give up!

Worst GP surgery I've ever attended, poor standards on all levels, you can never get an appointment when you need one, the staff never send doctor referrals to the hospital, Frankly I'm glad that I've now registered myself with another GP. Please note that, If Google allowed a zero star rating, I wouldn't have hesitated at giving one but unfortunately this is not possible.. Anyone who is considering on putting their health at the mercy of this practice should think twice.
