    So disappointed! The wrong reg plate has been put on our amd insurance was set up with the wrong reg plate until DVLA contacted to notify our car hasn't been insured. Turns out the admin team put a different registration on log book and dvla whilst gave us a different reg plate number on the car and other documents. Worst thing is the lack of professionalism had me driving illegally for almost 10 months.

    Worst customer service experience, both dealership and service departments. Pressure sales and doggy behaviour. Car service departments don't trust them, especially the manager Jimmy. I was told my bill is 400+ to fix back and front dash cam, and we agreed, I dropped my car on return, the lady said they reduced the payment to 300+ I asked reason for the discount, she replied " because you're a good customer " I later realised that the back camera was facing the sky and scratches on my side mirror. Becareful and vigilant.
