        Jo is exactly the kind of dog sitter I was hoping to find. I've got a very anxious sighthound (separation anxiety especially) who can be reactive with certain dogs. Jo took time to build a relationship between herself and her dogs and my dog. Jo absolutely puts your dog before anything, keeps you up to date and obviously has the utmost love and adoration for all dogs. I can't thank her enough for all the support she's given to us and our pooch!

        Jo helped me and my dog out of a difficult situation yesterday. It wasn't ideal because it was her first time in doggy day care but Jo looked after her really well and she came home tired. I can't thank her enough for stepping in to help and I knew Otter was safe and being loved.

        Communication is awful - we were let down with no notice of cancellation & the owner was unbelievably rude! She doesnt seem to know what shes doing and admitted she over books too many dogs at once, not prioritising their care. Also shocked to hear she wouldnt know how to recognise health signs (such as heat stroke) in the summer months. Very worrying and I wouldnt let her near my dog again!
