        Booked in to view a car, when we arrived the lady was on the phone and seemed disinterested, we looked through the window of the car and the entire interior was MOULDY, windows were all full of condensation, absolute waste of time and totally disgusted they would attempt to sell something in this state, it says a lot about the type of business it must be, left as fast as we could

        Part exchanged a car here. Lucas and Ellen faultless with their attitude, no quibble warranty and fair deal. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Top workshop mechanic and valet facilities.

        Never ever trust this dealer. I bought a Toyota verso 2010 model couple of months ago and had 3 months of warranty. The attitude of the staffs towards the customer was not at all acceptable. He was not approachable at all. After couple of months all of a sudden there was a weird noise coming out from the engine part. I took the car to a local garage and when they have diagnosed they found all the 4 fuel injectors are gone(NOTE-Driven only 100000 miles,Make-Toyota). Therefore i contacted this dealer and said what has happened. The car was still under warranty and when they inspected it they said there is no problems with the injectors and the problem is with the nuts and bolts(according to him), I trusted him because i had no other option. After couple of months, i again had the same issue by that time my warranty was finished. Now i had to spend 1500-2000 pounds to replace all the 4 fuel injectors. I dont want anyone to be in such a situation and thats the reason for my review. Please be careful if you are planning to buy a car from him. Not professional at all.
