We decided to replace an old concrete leaky garage with a new two car Scotts Timber garage with workshop on the side. Scotts Timber handled the whole job from start to finish and their service, friendliness, responsiveness and quality of building were all excellent. Very impressed with our Heavy-Duty Workshop (2800) which was delivered and erected within four weeks of placing the order. However, three weeks after the installation I am unable to close or lock the door due to what appears the wood swelling, I was advised that it will be ten days before the Defects Team were able to come and resolve the problem however received a phone call and they were able to out 3 days after problem was reported. When we rocked up at the Norwich display facility and office of Scotts Timber Buildings for initial discussions about construction of a carport in our driveway, we could see that they are a quality and professional outfit. Our assessment proved correct throughout the site review and quotation stage right through to construction and handover. We now have a fantastic 6m x 6m car port that we park our cars in with total confidence they are safe from prying eyes, vandals and the winter weather. We opted for electric doors not only for security but also to protect from dust generated from the track next to our house and local building construction sites. They are also significantly wider than the standard doors on our garages, making it much easier to enter and exit thereby relieving the anxiety of possible scrapes and scratches. All through the process, Scotts communication was excellent with instant updates and notifications especially when the cold weather spell of -5C arrived, making ground works impossible. To this end we are extremely pleased with our building and would thoroughly recommend Scotts Sheds for any work related to vehicle storage, garden sheds, workshops etc. Thank you Scotts Timber Buildings!!!
