        Absolutely amazing and friendly staff!!! My daughter couldnt get to an appointment, and I went in on an off chance and they were all so helpful. Saw her straight away with no issues. So glad I chose this opticians

        I live near Dereham and the branch there has very poor customer service and appointments are limited to say the least. The Longwater branch staff were helpful efficient and able to offer an appointment the same day due to a cancellation.
