Hopeless. I contacted them 3 times to ask for help for our parish council, but they couldn't be bothered to acknowledge even one of them. If you can find someone else, I recommend you use them instead. I messaged just like you asked. Heard nothing in 2 weeks. Not even an acknowledgement. I was wrong in my original post. You're not hopeless, you're completely useless!

I don't like to leave poor reviews but this business is shocking and have caused me and my business a great deal of stress and loss.theu failed to collect the bins for many weeks then claimed the build up was my fault. When I cancelled the payments they falsely claimed this is why they stopped collecting. They then took me to court trying to claim a years contract worth of payments and somehow managed to achieve their goal even though I asked for a rolling contract. I called probably over 100 times when they didn't collect the bins and never had any help trying to resolve the issue. Avoid this business at all costs, their are many reliable and decent waste disposal business out there that will actually collect your bins and not chase you for money for a service they did not provide like Biffa.
