        Avoid like the plague!!! They can't get an order correct to save there lives. The staff and management are in one word "useless" and the complaints department are just as good.

        Haven't had a wrong order from this place and the food is usually nice and hot! Hopefully I haven't jinxed myself Parking: Good amount of parking spaces

        Incompetent manager, slow slow service. Absolutely no customer service skills. Eat mud before you eat here. 45 mins waiting for food. I wasnt the only person to complain. The manageresss only bleating comment was we are a fryer down. But no pre warning at all! And when customers complained, she didnt offer an apology. Instead choosing to hide in the back and send other members of staff out like lambs to the slaughter. When customers asked for refunds etc, their food was thrust at time and they were told here its ready. Most customers like myself were waiting over 30mins. Restaurant was less than half full as well. Do yourself a favour. Eat mouldy bread and minging beans served by a grumpy witch. Itll be far better than anything youll receive at kfc longwater.
