        Yesterday, very few staff working. The cosmetic stands were quite bare and what I needed was not on the display. This has happened before and the assistant has always been happy to check in the drawers underneath the display to see if the item I required was in the undisplayed stock. Not yesterday, the only assistant on the shop floor was most unhelpful and refused to look in the drawers. I asked if I could order what I needed and was told only if i knew the codes and to order from the tills. Yep, I know all the codes for all the cosmetics I use!!! Needless to say, I left empty handed. Sale lost Boots.
