If you are looking for a local company who will listen to customer needs and pull out all the stops to deliver then consider JMT at Longtown. Phil and his team went over and above in delivering the products and requirements for our Stori kitchen purchase. We are very pleased with the quality of the kitchen doors, and ready assembled units. Customer service was excellent during a very busy period, and the overall impression we were given by them was 'nothing was too much trouble'. From the outset Phil was mindful of budget and ensured that from the planning stage through to ordering required products this was an important factor. We took advantage of the offers on the JMT website home page, purchasing an '1810 Company' sink and tap for our kitchen, as well as Luvanto Endure Pro flooring for our bathroom. Those offers at discounted prices certainly did not compromise on quality, and came with the added bonus of Loyalty points towards further purchases through JMT. When it came to considering the kitchen and hallway flooring we wanted the same type we ordered previously. Although the offer on their website had expired Phil acted quickly, and through his efforts ensured that price offers we had seen online could be matched by him. Indeed when we expressed an interest in additional kitchen storage items Phil followed this through and was able to price match and purchase those items through his contact suppliers. Throughout the process of decision making, planning, product acquisition, delivery, and even product adaptations made inhouse, Phil and his team remained approachable and courteous.
