        We stayed at Cayo Retreat back in August and popped into Hopes a few times. Excellent little place with everything you need to keep you going. As a family with various dietary requirements, we found an excellent selection of gluten free and vegan bits which was super helpful. Also a good place to get firewood and souvenirs which the kids loved browsing through
