        Worst surgery ever. Booked for the nurse and they send me for another surgery. When I arrive was told me that the appointment was cancelled and Rowan text me, they didn't, it was rescheduled for next Thursday but I wasn't in the list. Just register with another surgery.

        Rude receptionist poor service, and they do not care about your issues. No lead GP just locums and wont even book you in to see them. Will try and diagnose you over the phone.

        Admin is the worst i have ever seen. A and e said get a request from gp to get scan done and now it is a week and been sent to st heliers hospital and was advised nothing here and went back to go aas told should have gone to st George's and they gave a telephone to call. Had to leave a message and just got back and was advised no request has been submitted

        Me and wife came to this surgery to register as it is very close to our new home. The head receptionist greeted us aggressively without knowing why we were there. We are very disappointed with this first impression and decided to register somewhere else.
