Northborough Road Sub Post Office

its very misleading when your times clearly say its open till 5:30pm but as I went in today it was closed

Mohan, the man who assisted us was absolutely lovely. Extremely helpful and patient. Gave us advice and clearly had our best interest at heart regarding our package which wasn't fully protected by the box we had brought. Helped us pick out a new box and assisted us with what we needed. I have also previously seen him assit others in this way.

I have been going to this post office for the past 2 years, simply for convenience. It has to be the worst post office Ive ever encountered. The man Mohan that works there is extremely rude and needs to go on a customer service training course as he has no patience or people skills. I was in the post office today at the counter being served by the lady, when mid way through the transaction she moved to the next window and started dealing with another customer. When I questioned Mohan and advised she hadnt finished with me, he started shouting at me from behind his window, when I politely told him to lower his tone. He got out off his box & continued to shout in my face. He then told the lady not to serve me! I would AVOID this post office if you can as the queue is always long, staff is rude, they charge u the highest my postage even though you ask for standard and theres always a problem with pre paid labels.

I am very appreciative of the Northborough Rd post office. They are kind, polite, patient and know their customers. They will always try and help you as best they can.
