Pre covid fantastic practice.nlobely friendly staff. Not heard of any updates for any appointments after covid as our appointments were cancelled. I just hope we're still on the books

Due to COVID uncertainty, and that I had not had any issues with my teeth I had not been to the dentist since before COVID started. I have been removed from the NHS register without the courtesy of an email or letter advising that my registration was at risk. I was advised today that I had a reminder for a check up by text in January 2021 - a time at which COVID was still producing 60,000 new cases per day! So why would you go to the dentist if you dont need to? The receptionist advised me that I should have known about the NHS register removal as there is a notice up in the surgery and on their website. What happened to good old fashioned communication?

An excellent longstanding medical facility providing a high quality local dental service. Staff are both efficient and friendly. Fairly busy and that is reflected in the appointment scheduling. Emergency service available. Highly recommended.
