I've not really had much of any issues here. Mostly polite good service. I had occasion once to put them in their place, but no incidents since.

Went in yesterday and the ladies there are really lovely, I'd give them 5* and that's why I've given a generous rating. The reason I haven't given a 5* review is due to the rudeness of the young gentleman. He bluntly asked, "exemption?" Which confused me as I didn't have an exemption, I'd prepaid. Seeing that I was confused, he put the word in a sentence for me, "What's your exemption?"... my partner was clearly shocked at his attitude and made a comment in jest of it. I'd have given a 2* had it not been for the ladies. Been going there for a couple years now and they usually have my prescription in, occasionally not.

My daughter went to pick a repeat prescription up and the man was so rude and arrogant saying the doctors hadnt sent it across , spoke in a loud voice so everyone in the chemist knew what medication she was on etc, she was mortified at the way he treated her and he threw the package at her when she tried to explain it had already been picked up and it was another one she was waiting for he said well you may as well have that as well and can you not see we are busy. She left without her tablets as he upset her so much . Think this man needs to learn manners and respect and he quite clearly has little customer service or regard for anyone , wont ever step foot in the place again and would advise he is sent on a course to help his people skills.

My prescription was sent over early Thursday morning and wasnt ready Saturday morning was told to come back at 4pm and even when I came back at 4:10pm it still wasnt ready !! Ill be looking to change
