Worried because it was cheaper than others - shouldn't have been. It was absolutely gorgeous. Friendly and very good service - Jan was happy to answer about any questions.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Never experienced such bad customer service I ordered a ring and Nowhere at the point of sale did it explain that the ring was going to take over 3 weeks 24 days to be delivered paid for next day delivery so you expect it on the next working day and you don't I sent messages that they don't respond too, I called the shop left messages that they don't respond to when I did get to talk to someone they said that they have to get the ring hallmarked and couldn't tell me when it would be back so had to wait when I called back a week later and asked for a refund then they actually did something and found out what was going on with it, the 1 represents the ring its what I expected for the money I had read other reviews like mine and I should of listened to them before buying but that being said I Would Never Buy from them again very poor service

I cannot give more than one star for this place. I bought a beautiful ring for my partner the week before Valentine's Day. Granted, I should have been more prepared and not waited until the week before, but I was relieved to see Tiffany Richards can post using a next-day service. It didn't arrive the next day, I was informed when I called, that they first have to source the ring from somewhere in London (or somewhere near) and that can take a week or so, THEN they will post it using a next-day service. Not ideal, but okay. It arrived the day before Valentine's Day and I was thrilled. I opened it up and to my dismay, it was the wrong one. I got in touch and after being ignored multiple times, I eventually was told to send pictures, which I did immediately. Ignored again. They did evetually apologise and say they were short on staff. I understand this, but there was no need to ignore me altogether. After a lot of emails between myself and them, they agreed that they'd post the replacement. They also said that they could give me a discount on wedding rings in the future, which I'm afraid is totally meaningless because I would not buy anything from here again. I was told to send the ring back using a tracked delivery with Royal Mail, which I did on the same day, and I would be reimbursed for the 6.85 it cost. This was February 20th. I received the ring 2 weeks later and this time it was the correct ring, but the box had a huge scratch on it. I was so frustrated and completely annoyed by this point. They replaced the box no problem, but the service I received was terrible on the whole. I'm writing this review on March 23rd, so I have waited over a month for my refund for the postage, and I've been ignored again, this time for 2 weeks. I have emailed again today because I still don't have my refund. I have had such a terrible experience with this company that I would advise people to just skip the hassle altogether and go somewhere else. I found the service and the company to be quite professional and unhelpful. The ring itself is beautiful, it's just such a shame that I've had to go through all this hassle for it EDIT: I did eventually receive my refund. .
