Something new today, a video recorded Dr appointment. Who was very good and described the operation I am to have on my heart in great detail.

Recently moved to the area and registered with Berry Lane MC - which in itself was a very smooth process. Rang for an emergency appointment and was seen less than 30 mins later. Sasha was amazing and went above and beyond with her service, advising me that seeing a female was unlikely at the time I had arranged but I could wait if preferred. I saw Andrew who was very attentive and gave the time and care needed to work through my problem. I hope to not need to doctors on a regular basis, but having had such a positive experience, has definitely made me feel more at ease and confident in the care I need to receive. Thank you to all staff, I would highly recommend.

Not only are the doctors disrespectful and uncaring, but the administration staff covers them without a considered investigation deceitfully denying what has been logged on record and failing to offer solutions or alternatives to serious health issues.
