        I was looking for a Kipling bag which doesn't cost an arm and a leg when I found this website. I placed my order and then encountered a problem on the checkout when the payment options did not work. I emailed the site to inform them of the problem and I had a reply early morning the next day. The owner (who is on maternity leave as well, bless her!) sent me the email and advised me on what to do and even offered to hold the bags I wanted until we can sort out the payment. Luckily everything went smoothly when I tried it again the day after I encountered the problem. My bags arrived quickly and safely. I will definitely buy from them again. 5 stars from the price of their products, the customer service and the delivery!
