JIT off plan sales :( . but Barratts insisted on this leasehold premium by another name under landscape fees potential to go sky high really not a good sales technique for today . Starts off at 150 but could rise each year the sky's the limit ,. Sorry time for a big rethink

        Beautiful area, house's great appearance, lovely design both inside and out, great shopping area very close, excellent walking area's, to lots of different locations near by, plus lots of places to eat out, in all a lovely new House estate.
