        Lovely open area where our supposed new house will be. Sales person very friendly and helpful and showed us all we needed to know. Lovely house too! Very good experience. Gave 4 stars only because it wasn't on the Sat Nav as it is a new site and struggled to find it. Overall, great!

        We moved into the Alston Grange site at the end of June 2022 and have found Tilia very good. Dave, Adam and Denise the site managers and sales staff have been excellent communicators and getting the minor issues you expect with a new build sorted very quickly. Most houses seem sold though more are near completion and more to be built. Longridge is a lovely area of the Ribble Valley and its a very friendly neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend Service: Home building

        Do they think changing Kier Living to Tilia Homes is going to change any of the residents views on the poor build quality or the amount of snagging repairs that are required
