Martin's The Funeral Directors

Absolutely disgusting service, was told by staff they would take care of my dad and sort everything how we wanted it, 4 days before his funeral all we knew was time of church service and burial, hadn't picked a coffin for him despite numerous phone calls to them, when we finally got to see dad his clothes looked like they had been thrown on him, and now 4 months after the funeral we are still chasing them up for grave papers and the donations that was made in memory of dad to the critical care unit at rph, absolutely shambolic would never use them again or recommend to anyone

Absolutely disgusted with the service provided, im still waiting for Dads grave papers and donations to be paid to the charity of choice four months down the line..emails blatantly ignored, this firm has caused me and my family so much stress at such a hard time in our lives..

All staff were professional, smart and they showed empathy to all my family, there were there to answer my questions any time of the day, they go above and beyond my expectations from the first phone call all the way to the funeral, all my requests were met. Martin and Wendy provided a fitting and professional funeral for my dad. They are kind and caring people who were there throughout the process and always on hand to answer our many questions. They provided thoughtful little touches and attention to detail that made the funeral that little bit special in these difficult times with social distancing. We will forever be thankful for their excellent service and would highly recommend them. Thanks to Martin, Wendy and all their staff

Wot can I say everything was done beautifully Martin. Wendy and staff gave mum such a lovely and dignified send off me and Richard and family can not thank them enough we appreciate how easy they made everything so stress free was a pleasure for me and daughter to sort out thank you so much again Gail Ashcroft
